Southend City Jam 2023

The Southend City Jam is an annual street art festival that takes place annually in Southend-on-sea, Essex. The three-day celebration of street art is organised by Southend-on-Sea City Council and Southend Tourism Partnership, alongside local artists Karl Sims and Steve Hart, who have championed street art in Southend for decades.

This year we were welcomed along with over 100 talented local, national and international street artists. We transformed a permanent wall in the heart of the city.

This abstract design is reflects climate change, the possibilities and consequences to this small city and the wildlife within.
