Grays Riverside Park

Grays Riverside Park is a local park to ourselves. We were asked to join this community project, with Thurrock & Brentwood Mind, to brighten up a rough abandoned area of the park. Volunteer Cherylea Cater organised this project and will be creating a wildlife garden in front of the mural. She helped us with a few volunteers from Mind paint the long 30m wall.

May 2021

We designed this colourful mural to help stimulate pollinators and bring them to the park, but also to revive this abandoned area. All visitors of the park were so happy to see something new and colourful being added, especially the children.

“Kirsty and Brittany took on a huge project in Grays Beach Riverside Park, a 30m fence. They produced a fantastic wild life design which they then executed extremely professionally and to an exceptional level. They were also very friendly, and very welcoming to all locals who stopped to have a look as the work developed. They were also happy to liaise with Thurrock and Brentwood Mind to allow for volunteers to come and help with the project. If I were to require any similar murals in the future I would not hesitate to contact them again. It was fabulous working with them.”
